The M12 FUEL™ 6” Random Orbital Sander – 3/16” delivers the power to sand body filler confidently, offering enough runtime to sand up to three doors per charge with the M12™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ CP2.5 Battery Pack. Powered by a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence, this sander maintains high RPMs under load for clean and efficient body filler removal with an aggressive 3/16” throw. 

Engineered for precision in sanding clear coats, the M12 FUEL™ 6” Random Orbital Sander – 3/32” provides users with enough runtime to sand up to five doors on a single charge with a M12™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ CP2.5 Battery Pack. Delivering ultimate control over curved body panels and feathering paint, this sander’s 3/32” throw provides a smooth, paint-ready finish. The combination of the POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence delivers confidence to remove clear coats without halting pad rotation at lower RPMs. 

Featuring an innovative tool-free backing pad change system, both sanders eliminate the stress and potential damage during pad changes. This system further reduces downtime, streamlining workflow by allowing quick pad swaps without interrupting the task at hand. These sanders also include a vacuum port for debris removal, with both left and right ports included for adjustable ingress direction.
