Continuing to drive disruptive innovation for the Concrete industry, Milwaukee Tool announces the new MX FUEL™ High Cycle Concrete Vibrator. Part of the MX FUEL™ Equipment System*, this new solution delivers the most powerful and most consistent consolidation for improved performance. Designed uniquely for concrete consolidation, general contractors and concrete professionals are provided with the fastest setup, ultimately improving efficiency in application. Eliminating the hassles associated with gas-powered and corded equipment, this battery-powered solution enhances safety by removing common gas headaches and tripping hazards for users in application, while providing improved reliability during concrete pours.
Driving improved performance on the professional jobsite, the MX FUEL™ High Cycle Concrete Vibrator delivers the most powerful and most consistent consolidation. Leveraging a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, this solution sustains 11,500 VPM in the stiffest concrete. Compliant with ACI and DOT standards for High Cycle Concrete Vibrators, operators can maintain the power to push up to a 2-¼" head and accepts whips up to 32’.
Providing improved ease of use in an application, the new MX FUEL™ High Cycle Concrete Vibrator delivers the fastest setup to drive increased efficiency on the job. An integrated tool-free Quick Connect allows for quick and easy head/whip swap outs, while a push button activation removes the hassles of pull starts. Compatible with the MX FUEL™ battery lineup, this cordless solution eliminates the need for extension cords in operation for improved safety and ease of use on site.
When paired with a MX FUEL™ REDLITHIUM FORGE XC8.0 Battery Pack, Milwaukee’s new concrete solution consolidates up to 130 yds³ per charge with a 1-3/4" head and 7' whip. Accepting whips from 7’ up to 32’, users are provided consistent runtime no matter the length of the whip for respective heads.
Designed with a user-demanded feature set, this concrete vibrator can be turned on or off via a wireless remote that’s effective up to 30 feet away from the power unit. Integrated ONE-KEY™ technology provides advanced tracking and asset management capabilities. For optimal portability, the MX FUEL™ High Cycle Concrete Vibrator is available as a backpack or a kit.
