Repairs completed for products under warranty are done at no charge to you.

Repairs are performed by Milwaukee® Factory Trained Technicians, and we use only genuine Milwaukee Tool parts.

We offer Lightning Max Repair (LMR) for your non-qualifying warranty tools or tools outside of their warranty periods. Through Lightning Max Repair, you will never pay more than the quoted price.

When you purchase a Milwaukee® product from an authorized Milwaukee® distributor, it automatically comes with a Warranty, so you don’t need to worry about registration. We highly recommend that you keep your receipt, as it may help determine your tool’s age and the assessment of the warranty.

We have numerous service centers around the country if you ever have trouble with your Milwaukee® product. You can access them via our eService Center or our Service Center Locator. Our factory-trained technicians will provide quick, convenient solutions for all your warranty and maintenance claims.

Our factory-trained technicians typically complete all repairs within 7 to 10 business days.

The date code of the product will be used to determine if it’s within the warranty period. We suggest saving a copy of your invoice, bill of sale, or receipt as it helps during the warranty verification process.
