MILWAUKEE, WI- Milwaukee Tool continues to rapidly expand its Hand Tool offering with the introduction of several new hammer solutions: 17oz and 22oz Framing Hammers and a 19oz Poly Fiberglass Hammer. Designed from the ground-up to address common user frustrations, the new Milwaukee® Hammers provide superior driving performance with up to 10X less vibration. “Every professional in the trades owns and uses a hammer, and most have probably experienced sore elbows and forearm muscles due to repeated use. This has led to two of the most frequent concerns with today’s hammers: vibration and swing balance. When paired together, these two factors can significantly impact the user’s experience; but when a hammer is designed to address these concerns, it will not only perform better but also help to prevent the arm soreness and stiffness associated with swinging a hammer all day,” said Matt Vargo, Product Manager for Milwaukee Tool. “Each of our Hammers feature a newly developed handle for best-in-class vibration reduction and are precision balanced for superior driving performance.”

Constructed with a steel I-Beam Handle, the new Framing Hammers are designed to withstand the harshest jobsite use. A SHOCKSHIELD™ grip provides best-in-class grip durability and vibration reduction. For added user benefit, the Framing Hammers feature an asymmetrical anti-ring claw design which reduces noise and ringing when striking hardened objects. The addition of a magnetic nail set provides the added benefit of being able to set and drive a nail with one hand. Also included in Milwaukee’s new Hammer lineup is a 19oz Poly Fiber Hammer, which is designed with a durable poly/fiberglass handle and over-molded to help prevent it from slipping out of the user’s hands during use . Similar to the rest of the lineup, the Poly Fiber Hammer is precision balanced, has an asymmetrical anti-ring claw design, as well as magnetic nail set.
